Daniela, a tax advisor and tax partner, has more than 20 years of experience in tax consulting and currently heads TPA’s tax practice in Romania. She has led numerous projects, including M&A, tax assessments, corporate restructurings, and assistance with tax audits by the authorities. The clients Daniela advises and supports operate in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, retail, the automotive industry, and logistics.
Daniela gives presentations at various business events and conducts specialized training sessions for clients. Through various investor associations (AmCham, AHK, etc.), she is also actively involved in the further development of Romania’s tax framework.
