Mag. Gerald Weiß is auditor, tax adviser and partner at TPA Austria. Having worked in tax consultancy since 1994, he has over 30 years’ experience in advising on complex business issues. He specialises in advising on the intersection of restructuring, transactions and corporate finance, and supports companies particularly in challenging economic situations. His focus lies on providing tax and business management support for M&A processes and due diligence reviews, as well as on developing viable solutions during transformation and restructuring phases.
