Christoph Rommer, MSc (WU), is a tax adviser and partner at TPA Austria. His focus lies on tax consultancy in the real estate sector and on the structuring of corporate and asset investments. He also supports transactions, particularly in the context of tax and financial due diligence as well as M&A processes.
Another key area of his work is the taxation of cryptocurrencies and capital assets, as well as advising start-ups. With his understanding of digital business models and in-depth IT knowledge, he combines tax expertise with technological developments and supports clients at the intersection of tax law, innovation and investment decisions.
