Helmut Beer is a tax advisor and partner at TPA Austria in Vienna. He has been with TPA for more than 25 years and became a partner in 2018. He advises companies on national and international tax structuring, legal form structuring and reorganisations, as well as financial and tax due diligence. His clients primarily include real estate companies, manufacturing businesses, holding companies and corporate groups.

As Deputy Head of the “Real Estate and Leasing” Competence Centre, he brings particular expertise in real estate taxation and leasing to his advisory work. His experience also covers corporate taxation, VAT and international tax law. As an author and lecturer, he explains complex tax developments clearly and with a strong practical focus.
