Mag. Dr. Gunther Lang is a tax adviser and partner at TPA Austria. Having specialised in the property sector for over 20 years, he advises some of Austria’s largest real estate groups and has played a key role in the most significant real estate transactions of recent years.
His focus lies on the tax structuring of complex real estate projects and transactions, as well as their presentation in IFRS and consolidated financial statements. The combination of transaction and accounting expertise enables a sound assessment of complex issues and consistent implementation in reporting and decision-making processes.
