Mag. René Ebenwaldner is a Tax Advisor and Partner at TPA Austria. He joined TPA in 2003 and now heads the Hermagor office. He advises companies on ongoing tax matters, business planning and analysis, and company formations and succession. Further areas include financial reporting, rental and leasing, and criminal tax law.

A trained specialist in criminal tax and procedural law, he combines advisory practice with in-depth procedural expertise. He is a member of TPA’s Competence Centres for Procedural Law/Federal Fiscal Code/Criminal Tax Law and Social Security, Labour Law and Wage Tax. He also belongs to the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisers and Auditors and formerly served on the tax adviser examination committee.
