Mag. Klaus Bauer-Mitterlehner is a Tax Advisor and Partner at TPA Austria. Since 1994, he has advised internationally active companies on tax structuring and investments across Central and South Eastern Europe. His key areas of expertise include real estate companies, construction businesses and open- and closed-ended property funds. He combines cross-border tax planning with tax due diligence and in-depth regional market knowledge.
Within the CEE Management Team, he contributes to the development of TPA’s locations across the region. As International Contact Partner for Baker Tilly and a member of the Baker Tilly International Board, he strengthens cross-border cooperation within the global network.
