Joanna Prokurat is a Partner in Tax Advisory at TPA Poland as well as an attorney-at-law and tax adviser. She advises national and international companies on tax planning, transactions, tax management and public funding. She previously gained experience at Big Four firms and as a partner at a leading law firm, and has been recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers. She holds a doctorate in law, is an author and lecturer, and has degrees in law, economics, international relations and tax law.
