Mag. Birgit Perkounig is a tax advisor and partner at TPA Austria in Carinthia. For over 20 years, she has been assisting companies with tax and business-sensitive issues and is one of the most experienced advisors for complex structuring and decision-making processes. Her areas of expertise include value-added tax and the tax structuring of companies, particularly in the context of reorganizations and succession planning. In addition, she serves as the primary contact for payroll accounting matters and actively drives digitalization in this field as well.
As a board member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors and Auditors and a long-standing author of professional publications, she contributes her expertise to the further development of the tax framework. At the same time, she combines traditional tax expertise with a clear focus on digital solutions in accounting and payroll.
